The expertise we have acquired in the banking sector since 2009 has enabled us to enhance our skills and offer an increasingly comprehensive service. This service includes storage, transport, and installation (with or without anchoring). We also carry out finishing work on facades once machines are installed.
In recent years, Mozer has been closely involved in Belgium’s largest ever roll-out of ATMs. This experience in the banking sector has made our company the preferred partner of manufacturers, distributors and Belgium’s largest banks.
Mozer not only installs ATMs, but also carries out technical work associated with these devices. Therefore, our teams include experienced technicians who are familiar with safety requirements and are able to create or adjust the holes in walls where cash dispensers are to be installed. Our engineers design and oversee the creation of the bases that we sell to customers as an option.
Mozer also works with machines that do not dispense cash but enable a bank’s customers to carry out transactions. These “non-cash” machines are generally fitted with custom-made privacy walls, which we can also design and install.
When transporting your banking equipment, we store the machines in a special area in our warehouse. While they are there, they are inspected, repaired if necessary, and prepared for installation. This area is a special one, because it is permanently connected to the bank’s servers so our technical teams can install the necessary software on your machines. We can also remove your old machines and return them to our warehouse for recycling. If necessary, we handle the destruction of your obsolete equipment, with a certificate of destruction.
