For Mozer’s teams, offering a 360-degree, high-quality service means seeing each project through to the very end. That’s why our on-site installation service involves positioning your equipment in a pre-defined location, configuring it, getting it up and running, and, if necessary, testing it in a real-life scenario. On request, we can even train your customer in how to use the installed machine (subject to training of Mozer staff). This means you only have to deal with one partner, which has a number of advantages.
In practical terms, when our teams arrive to install your equipment, they handle everything, starting with unpacking. Depending on your needs, we can also carry out installation work, with or without anchoring and connection. We can also swap out your old machines and arrange for them to be recycled, refurbished, or disposed of in an appropriate manner, and provide you with a certificate of destruction. For complex or sensitive sites (Seveso sites, petrochemical plants, etc.), our Safety and Prevention Manager can also carry out a pre-visit and draw up a safety plan.
